Refund Policy
All ticket purchases are non-refundable unless an event is canceled or rescheduled. Refunds will only be issued under specific circumstances outlined below.
Event Cancellation
If an event is canceled by RGB Net Production, customers will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed automatically within 7–14 business days from the cancellation announcement.
Event Rescheduling
If an event is rescheduled, customers may use the ticket for the new date or request a full refund within 7 days of the reschedule announcement.
Ticket Transfer & Resale
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Ticgetz does not facilitate third-party ticket resale and is not responsible for unofficial resales.
Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), RGB Net Production will assess refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
Technical Issues & Payment Errors
If a payment is charged incorrectly or a technical issue prevents ticket issuance, customers may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
